Due Diligence
An investigative assignment often requested by prospective purchasers of businesses. These are not required by statute and are not audits. We conduct a review of historical records and budgets to form an opinion on the validity of financial information which is often contained in business purchase or share sale contracts. We issue comprehensive reports on our findings signed off by one of our registered auditors. Our findings can be relied upon in making informed decisions surrounding the purchase of a business or shares in a business.
